基于表型性状数量分类的梅品种遗传多样性分析
Analysis of genetic diversity in Prunus mume based on mathematic classification of morphologic characters
【摘要】 为了探明梅的亲缘关系和分析梅的遗传多样性,以南京农业大学梅种质资源圃保存的84个梅品种为试材,运用SPSS11.5对叶花果等31个表型性状进行Q聚类和主成分及因子分析,结果表明,欧氏距离2.58,84个梅品种分为5组,长农17等13个果梅品种为第1组;红梅等30个果梅品种为第2组;重叶梅等15个花梅品种为第3组;银红朱砂等9个花梅品种为第4组;小绿萼等17个花梅品种为第5组。透骨红居于花梅和果梅之间。31个表型性状中果实光亮度等10个性状对梅数量分类起重要作用。由此得出结论,花梅与果梅存在一定的遗传差异。
【Abstract】 The mathematic classification of 84 varieties in Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.was studied with 31 morphologic characters including leaf,flower and fruit by using SPSS(11.5) for exploring the kinship and analysis the genetic diversity of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.Analysis of hierarchical cluster and principal component and factor shows,when the squared euclidean distance coeficient was 2.58,the 84 varieties of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.were divided into five groups.10 morphologic characters such as L-fruit etc.were very important to mathematic classification of P.mume Sieb.et Zucc.The studies suggested that there were genetic differences between fruiting mei and flowering mei.
