10种合成番石榴挥发物对橘小实蝇的引诱作用

【摘要】 利用"Y"型嗅觉仪在实验室测试了10种番石榴挥发物对橘小实蝇性成熟和性未成熟的雌、雄成虫的引诱作用,并比较了不同浓度的挥发物混合液在田间对橘小实蝇的引诱效果。结果表明,乙酸乙酯、异戊酸、乙酸异戊酯、丙酸乙酯和β-石竹烯对橘小实蝇性成熟和性未成熟的雌、雄成虫具有引诱作用,且不同剂量挥发物的引诱力存在差异,对橘小实蝇性成熟的雌、雄成虫的引诱力最强的浓度为:10μL乙酸乙酯、10μL丙酸乙酯、10μL异戊酸、10μL乙酸异戊酯、1μLβ-石竹烯;对性未成熟的雌、雄成虫的引诱力最强的浓度为:1μL乙酸乙酯、10μL丙酸乙酯、1μL异戊酸、10μL乙酸异戊酯、1μLβ-石竹烯。乙酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、乙酸异戊酯、异戊酸、β-石竹烯按体积比10∶10∶10∶1∶1配成挥发物混合液,每个昆虫诱瓶加入500μL挥发物混合液在田间对橘小实蝇的引诱力最强。

【Abstract】 Attraction of the ten kinds of chemical compounds similar to volatiles from decayed guava fruit to male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) at immature and matures stages were investigated using Y-tube olfactometer in laboratory,and the effect was also evaluated in the field.The results showed that 10 μL ethyl acetate,10 μL ethyl propionate,10 μL isovaleric,10 μL isoamyl acetate and 1 μL β-caryophyllene had better attraction to the mature male and female adults,and 1 μL ethyl acetate,10 μL ethyl propionate,1 μL isovaleric,10 μL isobutyl acetate and 1 μL β-caryophyllene were the optimal dosages for immature male and female adults.When ethyl acetate,ethyl propionate,isobutyl acetate,isovaleric and β-caryophyllene were mixed by volume 10∶10∶10∶1∶1 to compose 500 μL volatile mixture stored in each insect induced bottle,the mixture had the strongest attracting ability for oriental fruit flies in the field.
