两种混凝剂的二次微絮凝过滤效果对比研究

【摘要】 为改善过滤效果,开展了二次微絮凝强化过滤中试研究。试验结果表明,采用PAC和FeCl3对沉后水进行二次微絮凝可以显著降低滤后水中的颗粒数量,有利于提高滤后水水质,并且在适宜的投药量条件下不会造成过滤水头明显增加,且滤后水中的残余铝和残余铁含量均可满足《生活饮用水卫生标准(》GB 5749—2006)要求,不会对滤后水水质造成影响。综合各项指标,PAC比FeCl3更适宜作为二次微絮凝的投加药剂。

【Abstract】 A pilot scale study of secondary micro-flocculation enhanced filtration was conducted in order to improve the filtration efficiency.The experiment results showed that it could obviously reduce the particle quantity in filtered water when PAC and FeCl3 were used for the secondary micro-flocculation in settled water.This process was beneficial to improve the quality of filtered water.This process would not obviously increase the filtration head under optimum chemical dosing condition,and the contents of residual aluminium and iron in filtered water could satisfy the requirements of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749—2006).Also,it would not have influence on the quality of filtered water.Comparing with all indexes,PAC was more suitable as dosing chemical than FeCl3 in secondary micro-flocculation.
