同步脉搏心电信号的混沌特性分析

【摘要】 对同步脉搏信号和心电信号进行处理,获取脉搏信号和心电信号的间期序列PR及RR,采用替代数据法和Lyapunov指数判断HRV和PRV的混沌特性.结果表明,具有混沌特性的同步脉搏信号和心电信号的零假设检验显著性水平大于1.96,Lyapunov指数大于0,混沌特性一致.在心电信号不可得或不方便得到时,可利用PR代替RR对HRV进行分析.

【Abstract】 The synchronous pulse signal and electrocardio-graph were processed and the pulse interval and electrocardio-graph interval sequence(PR and RR) were acquired.By using surrogate data method and Lyapunov exponent,the chaotic characteristics of HRV and PRV was determined.The result showed that the notability level of zero-assumption checking of chaotic synchronous pulse signal and electrocardio-graph was greater than 1.96 and Lyapunov exponent was greater than zero.The chaotic characteristics was consistent.When the electrocardio-graph was not available or difficult to get,the analysis of HRV could be made with PR instead of RR.
