不同重熔处理对钴基粉末合金热喷涂件疲劳强度及寿命的影响
Effect of different post-fusing treatment on fatigue strengthen and lifetime of thermal spray-coated components with cobalt-based powdered alloy
【摘要】 对以35#钢为基体、以钴基自熔性粉末合金为喷涂材料的试样进行3种不同方式的重熔处理,通过弯扭疲劳试验对不同重熔方式下的试样进行疲劳性能研究,用扫描电子显微镜对不同重熔试样的显微组织进行观察,测定各试样的表面硬度.发现经不同重熔处理后涂层材料在界面的扩散程度不同、界面结合强度不同,从而使其疲劳性能明显不同.说明热喷涂构件的疲劳性能不仅与其基体及涂层的材料等参数有关,还与热喷涂处理过程中的工艺过程及参数密切相关.
【Abstract】 Three post-fusing treatments were performed on the specimens of 35# steel substrate with cobalt-based powdered alloy coating,and their rotating-bending fatigue tests were conducted to study their fatigue performance.After the fatigue tests,microstructure of fracture surfaces were observed with the scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the surface Vickers hardness of the specimens were determined.It was found that the adhesive strength and diffusion degree of the coating in the interface of specimens were different for the three post-fusing treatments so that resulting in obviously different fatigue performances.It was manifested that the fatigue performance of thermal sprayed component was related closely not only to the material parameters of the coating and matrix but also to the process and the parameters of the thermal spraying.
