热浸镀锌钢板钼酸盐复合钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能

【摘要】 应用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱方法研究钼酸盐与丙烯酸树脂复合钝化膜在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的电化学性能,采用中性盐雾试验和盐水浸泡试验检测试样耐腐蚀性能,利用扫描电子显微镜观察钝化膜的微观形貌.与未经钝化的热浸镀锌钢板和经铬酸盐钝化的热浸镀锌钢板相比,钼酸盐与丙烯酸树脂复合钝化的热浸镀锌钢板抗腐蚀性较好,其腐蚀电位更正,腐蚀电流更小,在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的阻抗更大,中性盐雾试验和盐水浸泡试验中表现出的抗腐蚀性能更好,钝化膜更致密平整.

【Abstract】 Electrochemical behavior of the molybdate and acrylic composite passivation film in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied by using polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS)techniques.Anti-corrosion performance of the tested sample was tested with salt spraying and salt water immersion method.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the micro-morphology of the film.Compared with unpassivated hot-dip galvanized steel and chromate passivated hot-dip galvanized steel,it was found that anti-corrosion performance of the molybdate and acrylic composite passivated hot-dip galvanized steel was better,in connection with higher corrosion potential,lower corrosion current,higher impedance in 3.5%NaCl solution.Even better was the anti-corrosion performance in salt spray test and salt water immersion test,showing more compact and smoother passivation film.
