外源性IP-10对流感病毒及呼吸道合胞病毒感染小鼠肺病理学影响
The effect of exogenous IP-10 on mice’s pulmonary pathology induced by influenza virus and respiratory syncytial virus
【摘要】 目的研究γ干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)对感染流感病毒或呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)小鼠的肺部病理学变化的影响。方法对单纯感染流感病毒或RSV以及注射重组小鼠IP-10后再感染流感病毒或RSV小鼠的肺病理学变化进行比较,同时设正常对照组和仅注射IP-10对照组。结果注射IP-10后,感染流感病毒或RSV组小鼠出现严重肺部炎症,而单纯感染病毒组小鼠虽然也呈间质性肺炎表现,但病变程度远较前2组轻,差异具有高度显著性(t值分别为-12.56、-5.60,均P<0.01)。注射IP-10后,感染流感病毒组小鼠肺炎重于RSV感染组,两组间质性肺炎病理评分比较,差异具有高度显著性(t=7.73,P<0.01)。结论 IP-10对病毒所致小鼠肺部炎性病变,特别是对流感病毒性肺炎严重程度具有重要影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect ofγinterferon-inducible protein 10(IP-10) on pulmonary pathological changes in mice infected with influenza virus(Ⅳ) or respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods Pulmonary pathological changes in mice infected withⅣor RSV after being administered IP-10 were compared with mice infected withⅣor RSV alone,normal control and only IP-10 administration mice were set up.Results The mice infected withⅣor RSV after receiving IP-10 developed severe pulmonary inflammation,mice infected withⅣor RSV alone also developed interstitial pneumonia,but less serious than the mice infected withⅣor RSV receiving IP-10,there were significant difference between the two respectively(t= - 12.56;t = - 5.60,both P<0.01).After being administered IP-10,mice infected withⅣwas more serious than the mice infected with RSV,there was significant difference in pathological scores of interstitial pneumonia(t = 7.73,P<0.01).Conclusion IP-10 is an important chemokine which has great effect on the severity of pneumonia caused byⅣor RSV.
