20例桥小脑角区肿瘤患者围手术期护理体会

【摘要】 目的探讨桥小脑角区肿瘤患者围术期临床观察要点及护理措施。方法对20例桥小脑肿瘤患者,采取针对性的护理,严格交接班,切实做好各项护理措施。结果本组20例患者,16例痊愈出院,4例好转自动出院,无死亡病例。结论加强桥小脑区肿瘤患者围术期护理,及早发现术后并发症,并采取针对性护理,可减少病死率和致残率,提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical observation points and the nursing measures of the tumor in the cerebellopontine angle ( CPA) area in perioperative period. Methods Taking the pertinence nursing stricting the nursing shift and making the various nursing measures better was very important for 20 patients with the tumor in the CPA area . Results Of the 20 patients, 16 cases were cured and out of the hospital the status of 4 cases was improved and the patients left the hospital , and there was no deaths. Conclusions Strengthening the nursing of the tumor in the CPA area ,finding the postoperative compl ications early and taking the pertinence nursing can reduce mortality and morbidity and improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
