【Abstract】 Vitamin PP plays an important role in the maintainance of normal cell activities.The concentration levels of vitamin PP and its metabolin in the plasma and urine are utilized to early diagnosis of diseases,such as diabetes,obesity and Parkinson’s disease et al.It is important to accurately measure the concentration changes of vitamin PP and its metabolin in human biological samples in the early diagnosis and therapy of diseases.The analycal methods of the vitamin PP and its metabolin in biological samples were summarized,such as high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis method and fluorescence spectrophotometry.更多还原
