新型D-π-D芴配体的合成及表征
Synthesis and Charecterization of Novel D-π-D Fluorene Ligand
【摘要】 以芴、对甲氧基苯硼酸为原料,通过Friedel-Crafts烷基化、溴代、Suzuki偶联反应合成了一种新型电子给体-π-电子给体(Donor-π-Donor,简写为D-π-D)含芴功能基的有机双光子吸收材料(TPA)单体9-(4-溴代丁基)-9-丁基-2,7-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-9-氢芴(BBBBMOPF,I),其结构已被核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)进行了表征和分析;并进行了光学性质的初步研究,结果发现,在5.0×10-6mmol/L二氯甲烷(DCM)溶剂中,(I)紫外最大吸收波长为334nm,而荧光发射峰是明显的双峰,波长为372nm和390nm,是典型的蓝紫光材料。
【Abstract】 Using fluorene and p-methoxyphenylboronic acid as row materials,through Friedel-Crafts alkylation,bromination and Suzuki coupling reaction,a novel with D-π-D fluorine functionalized monomer of organic two-photon absorption(TPA) materials 9-(4-bromobutyl)-9-butyl-2,7-bis(p-methyloxyphenyl)-9-H-fluorene(BBBBMOPF,I) was synthesized for the first time and identified by 1H NMR、13C NMR and HRMS techniques.And the optical properties was preliminary investigated.When work in 5.0×10-6mmol/L CH2Cl2(DCM),it was single peak by UV absorption wavelenth at 334 nm,and it was clearly bimodal by the fluorescence emission peak,at 372nm and 390nm,that is a typical blue-violet light material.
