FTIR-ATR、EDS结合生理特性研究铅胁迫对玉米幼苗的影响
Effects of Pb Stress on Maize Seeding by FTIR Spectra and EDS with Physiological Traits
【摘要】 应用X射线能谱(EDS)和傅里叶变换-衰减全反射红外光谱(FTIR-ATR)分析方法结合一些生理指标的变化,研究铅胁迫对玉米幼苗的影响。结果表明,随着Pb2+浓度的升高,抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD)活性均先升高后降低。利用红外光谱检测发现,植物各组分吸收金属前后的峰形基本不变,参与重金属吸附的基团如羟基(3328—3361cm-1)和酰胺基(1620—1645cm-1)等的吸收峰发生了不同程度的位移。X-射线能谱扫描发现随着Pb2+浓度的升高,叶片中铅元素含量升高,并影响了其他营养元素的吸收。
【Abstract】 The effect of lead press on maize seeding was investigated by energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and Fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection(FTIR-ATR) spectrometry with the physiological traits changes.With the enhancement of Pb2+ concentration,the activities of antioxidative enzyme(such as SOD,CAT,POD) would increase at first and then decrease.The peak shape of plant component remained invariable basically by IR spectrum.Significant absorption peak shift of some function groups such as hydroxyl groups(3328—3361cm-1) and acidamide groups(1620—1645cm-1) can be obtained when they participated in the process of absorbing Pb2+.The increased concentration of Pb2+ affected on the absorption of other nutrients,that was obtained by EDS.
