【摘要】 目的探讨应用ROC曲线评价量子共振检测精神症状的诊断价值。方法以量子共振检测的结果为诊断依据,将研究对象分为病例组和对照组。检测内容为精神分裂症相关的12个精神症状。将量子共振检测的数据与金标准作自身对照。采用SPSS13.0统计软件统计分析绘制ROC曲线,计算曲线下面积。结果量子共振检测仪检测幻觉、联想散漫、思维插入、自创新词、妄想、情感淡漠、意志减弱、自知力、环境定向障碍、自我定向障碍、双重定向障碍ROC曲线下面积分别为0.859、0.876、0.794、0.769、0.894、0.746、0.682、0.840、0.851、0.708、0.712、0.726。结论量子共振在检测精神分裂症常见精神症状方面有中等诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance through ROC curve assessment of quantum resonance detector in psychiatric symptoms.Methods The subjects were divided into case and control groups on the basis of quantum resonance detector Results.12 psychiatric symptoms related to the schizophrenia were detec- ted.The data of quantum resonance detector was taken as self-control with the gold standard.Statistical analysis was conducted by applying SPSS13.0 statistical software to draw the ROC curve and calculate the area under the curve.Results The quantum resonance detector proportion of hallucinations,association aprosexia,thought insertion,paralogical thinking,delusions,apathy,hypobulia,insight,environmental disorientation,self-disorientation,dual disorientation under the ROC curve was 0.859,0.876,0.794,0.825,0.894,0.746,0.682,0.840,0.851,0.708,0.712,and 0.726 respectively.Conclusion Quantum resonance detection has a moderate diagnostic significance in frequent psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenia.更多还原
