梧州市331例麻疹疑似患者血清检测结果分析
Analysis of the serum testing results of 331 suspected patients with measles in Wuzhou City
【摘要】 目的了解梧州市2005~2010年麻疹疫情的流行特征,排除临床麻疹疑似病例中的风疹患者等其他出疹性疾病,为制定预防控制麻疹提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫捕获法对疑似麻疹患者血清进行麻疹IgM抗体检测,同时检测风疹IgM抗体。结果 2005~2010年共收检梧州各市县送检疑似麻疹患者血清331份,麻疹IgM抗体阳性66例,阳性率为19.94%;风疹IgM抗体阳性96例,阳性率为29.00%;麻疹IgM抗体和风疹IgM抗体均阳性3例,占总数的0.91%。麻疹发病年龄构成呈两极趋势,发病率以26岁以上年龄组最高,阳性率为41.18%;其次为8月龄以下组,阳性率为31.25%;10~15岁组麻疹发病率最低,阳性率为7.44%,麻疹疑似病例中,经实验室确诊为风疹发病率却最高,阳性率为42.98%;其他出疹性病例占51.06%。结论继续做好麻疹疫苗的常规免疫工作,提高麻疹疫苗初免及时接种率。同时加强流动人口管理工作。麻疹的实验室诊断必须同时进行风疹等出疹性疾病实验室检测,以排除临床误诊。
【Abstract】 Objective To learn about the epidemic features of the measles in Wuzhou city from 2005 to 2010, and eliminate the rubella measles and other rash cases from the measles patients,so as to provide scientific evidences for measles prevention and control.Methods ELISA method was adopted to test the IgM anti-bodies of patients with measles and the IgM anti-bodies of rash patients as well.Results Among 331 samples of the suspected patients with measles collected from municipal and county levels in Wuzhou,66 patients were positive with IgM measles antibodies,with the positive ratio 19.94%;96 patients were positive with IgM rash antibodies,with the positive ratio 29.00%;3 patients were positive both with IgM measles antibodies,and IgM rash antibodies,0.91% of the total cases.The age distribution of the patients with measles were radical with the highest incidence ratio among the patients above 26,with positive ratio 41.18%,and the next is under the age of 8 months;the patients from 10 to 25 years old were with the lowest incidence,with positive ratio 7.44%.Among the suspected patients with measles, the rash incidence ratio of the laboratory identified cases was the highest,with positive ratio 42.98%,and other rash cases were 51.06%.Conclusion It is advisable to carry out the routine measles vaccination and the timely vaccination of the first measles immunization,and to undertake the effective management of the mobile population as well.The laboratory examination of measles should be conducted at the same time with the rash and other rubella examinations in order to eliminate the clinical misdiagnosis.
