【摘要】 目的探讨团体心理治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者防御方式和临床疗效的影响。方法采用团体心理治疗与常规治疗分别对59例康复期精神分裂症患者进行干预。采用防御方式问卷、阳性和阴性症状量表、症状自评量表进行评定,分别用于评价患者的防御方式和精神症状的改善水平。量表评定时间为参加研究的第0周和第6周。采用两组间比较的t检验。结果对研究组和对照组治疗前后的比较中可以发现,研究组的SCL-90总分有明显改变,减分率有统计学意义(t=2.36,P<0.05);同时在抑郁、焦虑、敌对三个因子分的减分率也有统计学意义(t=2.32、2.68、2.16,P<0.05);对照组的SCL-90总分和各因子分减分率均无统计学意义;研究组的DSQ各因子分中不成熟因子分有明显改变,减分率有统计学意义(t=2.54,P<0.05),幻想、分裂两个因子分的减分率也有统计学意义(t=2.63、2.75,P<0.05)。结论康复期精神分裂症患者的防御方式以不成熟因子分为主,团体心理治疗可以有效改善其防御方式和精神症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of group psychotherapy on the defense style and clinical effect of schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation.Methods Group psychotherapy and general therapy were used to 59 cases of schizophrenia in rehabilitation.The patients were assessed with questionnaire of defense style,Positive and Negative Symptom Scale from 0-6 week,and SCL-90.were analyzed with t-test.Results The reduction rate of the SCL-90 score was significant(r = 2.36,P<0.05);the reduction rates of depression,anxiety,hostility factor scores were significant(f = 2.32,2.68,2.16,P<0.05);the reduction of the immature factor scores of DSQ was significant(t = 2.54,P<0.05);the reduction rate of fantasy and splitting factors was statistically significant(t = 2.63,2.75,P<0.05).Conclusion The defense style of schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation is composed mainly by immature factors.Group psychotherapy is effective to improve the defense style and psychological symptoms of schizophrenia patients.更多还原
