【摘要】 目的:总结126例小儿腹腔镜阑尾切除术经验。方法:回顾性分析我科2006年3月~2010年10月共126例实施腹腔镜阑尾切除术的小儿临床资料。结果:126例手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹,手术时间30~75 min,平均46 min,术中出血1~3 mL。术后住院3~6 d,术后1例出现伤口感染、余无切口疝、腹腔残余感染、肠粘连、肠梗阻等并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜用于小儿阑尾炎治疗是安全有效的,并具有创伤小、恢复快,并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical experience of 126 cases experience of laparoscopic appendectomy in children.Methods:Systematic review of a total of 126 cases in the implementation of laparoscopic appendectomy in children with clinical data in our department in March 2006 ~October 2010.Results:126 operations were completed successfully without conversion to open operation time 30~75 min,an average of 46 min,blood loss,1~3 mL.3~6 days of postoperative hospital stay,postoperative wound infection in 1 patient,no other incisional hernia,abdominal residual infection,adhesions,intestinal obstruction and other complications occurred.Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy in children is safe and effective treatment,and with less trauma and faster recovery,less complications.更多还原
