不同杂化离子对电聚合聚苯胺电容行为的影响

【摘要】 用原位电聚合的方法在不锈钢电极(SS)上制备出了由ClO4-,SO42-,NO3-,BF4-,TsO-(对甲苯磺酸根)等离子杂化的聚苯胺(PANI)(厚度5~10μm)。扫描电镜表明不同的杂化离子对聚苯胺的表面形貌产生了很大影响,分别产生了纳米多孔、颗粒、纤维等多种表面结构。循环伏安研究表明,由硫酸根和高氯酸根离子杂化的聚苯胺具有相对较高的比电容。恒流充放电测试研究表明,在电流密度为2.0A/g的情况下,由上述离子杂化的聚苯胺的比电容分别为645.6F/g,468.3F/g,345.8F/g,275.6F/g,218.6F/g,而电极稳定性研究表明经过1000次循环,高氯酸根和硫酸根杂化的聚苯胺电极的比电容分别衰减48%和23%,表明硫酸根杂化的PANI电极具有比高氯酸根杂化的PANI电极更好的稳定性。

【Abstract】 The in-situ electropolymerized-polyaniline(PANI) film(thickness: 5~10μm) on SS(stainless steel) doped with various conterions ClO-4,SO2-4,NO-3,BF-4,p-toluenesulfonate(TsO-) etc.was prepared.SEM(scanning electron microscopy) morphologies showed that different doping conterions have great impact on the morphology of electropolymerized PANI film,various morphologies and microstructures of porous,particle and fibrillar were observed.The cyclic voltammetry(CV) measurements of PANI-SS electrodes showed that the electropolymerized-polyaniline doped with SO2-4(PANI-SO4) and ClO-4(PANI-ClO4) electrodes have more specific capacitance.Galvanostatic charge-discharge tests indicated that the specific capacitance of electropolymerized-PANI doped with different ions at a current density of 2.0A/g was 645.6,468.3,345.8,275.6,218.6F/g,respectively.However,after 1000 cycles,about 48% and 23% specific capacitance loss for PANI-SO4 and PANI-ClO-4 were observed,indicating that the PANI-SO4 electrode was much stable than the PANI-ClO-4 electrode.
