【摘要】 目的探讨柴胡解郁汤合用舍曲林治疗中风后抑郁的疗效和安全性。方法将60例中风后抑郁的患者随机分为两组,分别给予柴胡解郁汤合用舍曲林(30例)及单用舍曲林(30例)治疗6周,于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6周后两组HAMD、HAMA评分较治疗前差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);两组间2、4、6周HAMD评分及4、6周HAMA评分差异有显著性(P<0.05～P<0.01);治疗组有效率97%,对照组有效率83%,差异有显著性(P=0.051);两组TESS评分差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论柴胡解郁汤合用舍曲林治疗中风后抑郁具有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and security of Chaihu Jieyu Decoction plus Sertraline in the treatment of depression induced by stroke. Methods 60 patients with depression induced by stroke were randomly divided into the treatment groups of Sertraline and Chaihu Jieyu Decoction and Sertraline only for 6 weeks. Clinical progress and side effects were examined with MADRS, HAMA and TESS at the pre-treatment and the end of 2,4,6 week after treatment. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups for HAMD and HAMA at 6 week (P<0.01). Moreover within each group HAMD score difference between 2,4 and 6 week, and HAMA score difference between 4 and 6 weeked were significant. Further more the response rate was 97% for the group of Sertrailine plus Chaihu Jieyu Decoction and 83% for Sertraline group respectively, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P=0.051); and there was a significant difference between the two groups of TESS scores. Conclusion Sertraline plus Chaihu Jieyu Decoction has a better therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of depression associated with stroke.更多还原
