【摘要】 目的用三字经流派推拿治疗302例小儿泄泻患儿,对其临床治疗结果进行分析,验证其治疗方案的可行性。方法 302例患儿确诊后采用三字经流派推拿治疗,每日1次,连续治疗3次。参照国家卫生部药政局2002年版《新药(中药)治疗小儿腹泻疗效评定标准》制定评价量表作为评价指标。结果经治疗302例患儿的症状有不同程度的改善,有效率94.04%。结论①三字经流派推拿临床疗效确切,尤以伤食泻、脾虚泻为佳。②手法操作简单,易于掌握,具有较高的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect the Three-character-scripture School Pediatric Massage treats infantile diarrhea,verify the feasibility of the treatment. Methods Using the Three-character-scripture School Pediatric Massage treats 302 infantile diarrhea children,once a time a day,three times in a row. Results 302 cases had different degrees of improvement with the total efficiency being 94. 04% . Conclusion:①Three-character-scripture School Pediatric Massage is clinical efficacy,especially treating hurt food diarrhea and Spleen diarrhea. ②The technique is succinct.
