【摘要】 目的观察缓释氟尿嘧啶植入剂(抗癌药)对恶性腹水的治疗效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 48例恶性腹水患者予缓释氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗,评价其缓解率及毒副反应,观察治疗前后的食欲、体质量、疼痛及KPS评分变化。结果恶性腹水总缓解率为54.16%;治疗后,食欲、体质量、疼痛及KPS评分与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.05);所有患者未发生明显毒副反应。结论缓释氟尿嘧啶腹腔植入治疗恶性腹水疗效确切,并可明显提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of fluorouracil sustained-release implants on malignant ascites and in improving patient′s quality of life.Methods Fourty-eight patients with malignant ascites were enrolled into the study.Evaluate the remission rate and toxicity,and the changes of appetite,body weight,pain,Karnofsky performance score(KPS) were observed during the treatment.Results The total remission rate was 54.16%.The difference in appetite,pain,weight and KPS was statistically significant compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).No obvious toxicity was found in observed patients.Conclusion Fluorouracil sustained-release implants in the treatment with malignant ascites showed better clinical effect,especially for improving the quality of life.更多还原
