【摘要】 目的了解河南省乡镇卫生院人力资源的基本情况并提出合理化建议。方法采用问卷和座谈会方式,调查河南省858所乡镇卫生院人力资源状况,并应用描述性统计方法进行统计分析。结果河南省乡镇卫生院护理、药学、检验、影像、预防保健等专业人员较少。结论河南省乡镇卫生院护理力量薄弱,医技人员专业水平较低,重治轻防现象严重,卫生人员准入渠道存在严重问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The writers learnt the basic situations of human resources in township health centers of Henan Province and put forward the reasonable suggestions by investigating the situations of human resources in 858 township health centers of Henan Province in the forms of questionnaires and forums and analyzing statistically with descriptive statistics.And they found the shortage of special workers of nursing,pharmacy,testing,radiology and health prevention in township health centers of Henan Province,and concluded that the weakness in nursing force,the lower grade of professional skills of medial technicians and the severe problems in heavy treatment to light prevention and admittance of medical workers.更多还原
