【摘要】 目的:研究白饭树提取物急性毒性实验及抗小鼠原发性佐剂性关节炎。方法:白饭树不同提取物以最大浓度对实验组小鼠灌胃给药,对照组给予等体积的生理盐水,连续观察14d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况;灌胃白饭树不同提取物,1h后注射Freund’s完全佐剂使小鼠右脚肿胀,观察白饭树不同提取物对佐剂性关节炎原发性足肿胀在18h内的变化。结果:观察14d后,给药组与对照组全部动物存活,解剖显示各组小鼠器官未见异常,未见任何急性毒性反应;白饭树不同提取物对Freund’s完全佐剂致小鼠原发性足肿胀有显著的抑制作用。结论:白饭树不同提取物毒性低,能明显抑制佐剂性关节炎小鼠原发性足肿胀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the acute toxicity test of different extracts of Flueggea virosa Baill on primary anti-adjuvant arthritis(AA) mice.Methods: Different extracts of Flueggea virosa Baill with the thickest concentration were infused intragastrically into mice in the experimental group,while the physiological saline was given to the mice in the control group.The toxic side effect of mice was observed and recorded successively for 14 days.The anti-inflammatory effect of the drug on mice was studied after the mice were injected Freund d complete adjuvant to make their right feet swelling 1h after they were administered intragastrically different extracts of Flueggea virosa Baill.Results:After 14 days,all mice in the experimental group and control groups survived healthily.Anatomy showed that all organs of mice were normal and no acute toxicity were observed in mice in both groups.It was found that different extracts of Flueggea virosa Baill could significantly inhibit the AA mice’s primary inflammatory swelling caused by Freund d complete adjuvant.Conclusion: Different extracts of Flueggea virosa Baill have little toxicity and significant anti-inflammatory effect on AA mice’s primary inflammatory swelling.更多还原
