【摘要】 目的:探讨应用负压封闭引流技术治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折合并严重软组织损伤的疗效。方法:对14例胫腓骨开放性骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者,进行清创及骨折固定后,应用持续负压封闭引流,6～8d后拆除敷料。必要时再次行负压封闭引流,二期植皮。结果:14例患者中5例皮肤回植大部分成活,7例患者使用负压封闭引流术治疗后行二期植皮全部成活,2例患者行三次负压封闭引流技术治疗后植皮全部成活。结论:负压封闭引流技术能有效地封闭创面,彻底清除创面的分泌物和坏死组织,刺激肉芽生长,明显缩短创伤性皮肤软组织缺损的治疗时间,减轻换药痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the vacuum assisted closure in the treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula complicated with severe soft tissue injury.Methods:14 patients of tibia and fibula open fractures with severe soft tissue injury were treated in our region.After the debridement and fracture fixation,the application of continuous vacuum assisted closure was carried out.The dressing was removed from 6 to 8 days.The line again if necessary VSD,two skin grafts.Results:14 patients,5 were replanted most of the survival of the skin,7 patients with vacuum assisted closure underwent two skin grafts all survived,2 patients three times a vacuum assisted closure graft,all survived after treatment.Conclusion:Vacuum assisted closure can seal up the injured area effectively,eliminates the injured area,secretion and necrosis tissues,reduces treatment time,and medicine pain.更多还原
