【摘要】 目的:探讨人工流产术后对初产妇再次妊娠分娩的影响。方法:对312例妊娠有人工流产史131例(研究组)、无人工流产术史181例(对照组)的初产妇分娩产程进行分析。结果:研究组产妇的第三产程时间(14.2±2.1)min,明显长于对照组第三产程时间(7.8±3.1)min。研究组胎盘粘连率为15.27%,明显高于对照组1.66%(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后可使初产妇妊娠分娩第三产程延长和胎盘粘连发生率升高,故应尽可能减少产前人工流产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect during delivery of the re-pregnancy with primiparous women after artificial abortion operation.Methods:Clinical analysis during delivery of the re-pregnancy with primiparous women for 131 women with a history of artificial abortion operation(study group) and 181 women without a history of artificial abortion operation(control group).Results:The third stage of labor of the study group was(14.2±2.1)min,longer than(7.8 ±3.1)min of the control group.The rate of placenta adhesion in study group were 15.27%,significantly higher than 1.66% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is demonstrated that induced abortion has obvious untoward effect on pregnancy such as prolonged third stage of labor and increased incidence of placenta adhesion.So,it is necessary to prevent induced abortion for primiparous women更多还原
