【摘要】 目的:了解广西区内的全冠修复模型合格率,探讨广西区内全冠及固定修复效果。方法:对2010年1～4季度内送入广西某齿科加工厂的模型进行抽样调查,每季度抽取1周(按全冠基牙边缘,牙体磨除量,轴面聚合度,抗旋转固位)进行分类,并对其进行统计学分类分析。结果:调查1 621例模型,合格仅554例,占34.2%,其中基牙边缘合格率37.6%,牙体磨除量合格率59.3%,轴面聚合度合格率51.9%,抗旋转固位合格率49.3%。结论:修复医生要严格按照要求来完成全冠牙体预备及模型制作,提高全冠及固定修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the qualified rate of full crown restoration model so as to investigate the outcome of full crown restoration and fixed prosthesis restoration in Guangxi.Mehtods: Models sent to a tooth manufacturing factory of Guangxi from the 1st to the 4th season of 2010 were sampled and surveyed.The models were sampled from the periods of one week and they were classified based on the edge of full crown abutment,the extent of tooth abrasion,convergence angles, anti-rotational retention,then the data was statistically analyzed.Results:Only 554 of the 1621 models were qulified,accounting for 34.2%of the models surveyed.Of the qualified models, the qualified rate for the edge of complete coronal abutment,the extent of tooth abrasion,convergence angles,anti-rotational retention were 37.6%,59.3%,51.9%and 49.3%respectively.Conclusion: A prosthodontist should strictly follow the rules to complete the preparation for full crowns and model making in oder to improve the effect of full crown restoration and fixed prosthesis.更多还原
