【摘要】 从中国经济与社会的发展所取得的历史性突破和面临的挑战的现实,提出中国管理学界的历史责任是"发现规律,解释现象,指导实践"。要实现中国管理学界的历史使命,管理研究必须融入中国情境,即管理科学部首次明确地提出实践导向。为此,分析了中国管理科学研究面临的挑战,并提出了几个值得关注的中国管理实践研究的课题。基于此,展望了5～10年内中国管理科学研究的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the reality that China’s economic and social development has achieved a historic breakthrough and challenges,this paper argues that the historical responsibility of Chinese management scholars is to find the law,explain the phenomenon and guide the practice.To achieve the historical mission of Chinese management scholars,the theory for management must to be integrated into the Chinese context,i.e.management should be practice-oriented. This is the first time to be put forward by Department of Management Sciences. The paper analyses the challenges which the Chinese management research is facing and proposes several topics which should be concerned.It finally looks forward the prospect of Chinese management research in the coming five to ten years.更多还原
