【摘要】在多酵母表达系统中表达了含有猪传染性胃肠炎病毒S基因B和C抗原位点片段.经检测表明,不同类型酵母表达系统蛋白表达量和抗原性差异不大,研究中获得的重组蛋白为建立TGE血清学检测方法提供了必要的物质基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 The B and C antigen sites of S gene were expressed in multiple yeast express systems.The quantity and antigenicity of expressed recombinant protein level in the three systems were almost the same.The recombinant protein in this research provided essential material foundation for establishment of TGE serology diagnostic method.更多还原
