【摘要】 介绍了近年新推出的具有实用价值的几种控制空气预热器漏风方法的原理和结构。提供了对600MW机组采用不同控制漏风手段进行的漏风计算比较结果,分析了各种控制漏风手段能达到的漏风率水平,核算了由于风机流量、提升压头变化而产生的能耗变化量,以及采用不同漏风控制手段所造成的维护、运行费用等方面的变化情况。通过比较发现部分控制漏风率的方式,如在大型空气预热器上采用间隙跟踪装置、软密封、焊接静密封等手段能获得节能效果,而加大密封区的三道密封、用风机抽漏风系统等设计方案并不能达到节能的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 These pages introduced some new air heater seal design structures which can be used in actual engineering.The calculating result of different control manner’s leakage data were given.The leakage control level can expect were listed the cost change ratio of fans energy consuming was supplied use different manner,the seal equipment cost,maintenance consuming were estimated also.Some design can down the leakage data and save operation cost in the same time,like use Leakage control system on big air heaters,soft seal leaves,welding or set expand joint on static seals etc.,but some other manners,such as Leakage remove system,add seal plate wide for triple seals,only can down the leakage date but no effect on save power plant energy.更多还原
