【摘要】 在简述公路交通安全评价技术和GIS技术在公路交通安全领域应用现状的基础上,作者阐述了GIS技术应用于公路交通安全评价中的必要性和可行性,探讨了GIS空间查询技术、空间分析技术、空间数据与属性数据整合技术在公路设计阶段和运营阶段交通安全评价中的应用。并进一步构建了基于GIS的公路交通安全评价技术体系,提出了该体系涉及的数据资源,明确了应用于公路交通安全评价的主要空间分析技术。同时,为便于该技术体系的工程应用,提出了构建辅助信息平台的思路及其功能模块组成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the brief introduction to Highway Safety Assessment(HSA) technology and the application of GIS in highway safety,the necessity and feasibility of introducing GIS into HSA was expounded.The application of spatial query technology,spatial analysis technology,and the attribute data integration technology of GIS in HSA of design phase and operating phase was discussed.Then the GIS-based technical system of HSA was constructed.The data source and the main spatial analysis technology used in HSA were put forward.Moreover,the thought constructing an assistant information platform as well as its main function modules were put forward to apply this technical system in HSA projects.更多还原
