【Abstract】 Precision agriculture is conducive to promoting the knowledge and information process of agricultural production,changing the traditional thinking of technologies,tracking the progress of science and technology,changing the economic growth mode of countries,which to inject new vitality into the building of new socialist countries.Based on the practice of precision agriculture in the world,discussed the achievement level of precision agriculture,and established the matrix structure system of precise agriculture.Introduced the theory of value chain,constructed the value chains of precision agricultural and socialized peasants.At last,offered two paths to develop precision agriculture: loose combo and farmers’ cooperatives.更多还原
