【摘要】 目的:了解男性护理本科生的职业生涯规划状况。方法:采用问卷调查法对太原市42名男性护理本科生进行职业生涯规划影响因素以及相关知识调查。结果:①多元回归分析提示,学校、年级、职业价值观等对男性护理本科生职业生涯规划有显著影响;②男性护理本科生对职业生涯规划了解不多;③男性护理本科生对专业的认识不佳。结论:男性护理本科生职业生涯规划教育环节薄弱,护理管理者与教育者应给予重视,使男性护理本科生尽快适应护士角色并提高其专业稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into career planning state of male nursing undergraduates. Methods: Totally 42 male nursing undergraduates were investigated. Results: ① School, grade and mother’s career had significant effects on career planning of male nursing undergraduates; ② Male nursing undergraduate students did not know much about career planning; ③ Male nursing students had poor professional recognition. Conclusion: Career planning education for male nursing undergraduates is weak. Nursing administrators and educators should think highly of this situation and help them to adapt to the nurse role.更多还原
