【摘要】 目的:探索奥马哈系统在我国社区护理应用的可行性。方法:应用交叉映射法,考察奥马哈系统与访视护理记录两者之间概念的吻合程度,每个条目分为完全吻合、部分吻合和不吻合3个等级。结果:访视护理记录中共提取1502条描述患者症状、体征及护理干预措施的记录,其中1268条(84.4%)与奥马哈系统之间概念完全吻合,222条(14.8%)部分吻合,12条(0.8%)不吻合。结论:奥马哈系统可以描述访视患者存在的大部分症状和体征及访视护士采取的干预措施,调查结果显示其适合作为我国社区访视护理的标准化语言。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the feasibility of applying the Omaha System to Chinese community nursing.Methods: Cross-mapping method was used to find out the conceptural congruence between the Omaha System and nurse visiting records. Items were rated from 1 to 3, including perfect fit, partial fit, and not fit at all.Results:Totally 1502 sentences in visiting records were extracted to describe the patients’signs and symptoms and nursing interventions. Of the 1502 sentences, 1268 (84.4%) were labelled as "perfect fit", 222 (14.8%) as "partial fit", and 12 (0.8%) as "not fit at all".Conclusion:The Omaha System could describe most of patients’existing signs and symptoms and nursing interventions.It could be used as a standard nursing language in community visiting nursing.更多还原
