环氧橡胶沥青及其混合料的性能研究
Research on Performance of Epoxy-Rubber Modified Asphalt and Its Mixture
【摘要】 采用环氧树脂对橡胶沥青进行复合改性,掌握环氧橡胶沥青的软化点、弹性恢复等基本性能和生产工艺,确定环氧树脂最佳掺量和混合料的最佳配合比。通过马歇尔和车辙试验,检验环氧橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能和抗水损害性能,验证其复合改性的优点。
【Abstract】 The rubber asphalt is compound modified with epoxy resin,the basic performance of epoxy-rubber modified asphalt:softening point,elastic recovery and so on,also its production process are mastered;the optimal mixing amount of epoxy resin and the best mix proportion of epoxy-rubber modified asphalt mixture are determined by asphalt test.Furthermore,the properties of asphalt mixture are tested by marshall test and rutting test.These experiments test the stability under high temperature regimes,low temperature crack resistance and anti-water damage property of the epoxy-rubber modified asphalt mixture,demonstrat it had the advantage of compound modify.
