基于试验段的提高橡胶沥青混合料高温性能的研究与验证
A Study on Methods to Improve High Temperature Performance of Asphalt Rubber Mixture Based on Field Testing Section Road
【摘要】 橡胶沥青混合料其较高的沥青用量往往会导致产生较多的路表车辙(影响其抗车辙性能),但直接降低沥青用量会导致混合料空隙率增大严重影响混合料的疲劳性能和水稳定性,本次研究通过将混合料中添加UBM降黏剂来达到降低混合料的沥青用量并能保证足够的空隙率,室内试验和广深高速公路主线沥青混凝土路面车辙处理工程橡胶沥青试验段的施工质量检测显示,沥青用量降至6.5%,空隙率维持在5.0%,车辙试验平均值为4 515次/mm,施工性能得到了提高,并且压实度和渗水系数亦都达标,沥青用量的降低也使得工程造价得到一定降低。并根据此种特殊处理对施工工艺进行了详细阐述。
【Abstract】 Asphalt rubber mixture may occur many rutting on the surface of paving because its high oil content,but if the oil content is reduced directly,its fatigue and moisture performance will be reduced as the void raise which is caused by the reduction of oil content.In this study,viscosity lower glue UBM is adopted to reduce oil content and keep the void at a common level,results of inner testing and construction quality evaluation of asphalt rubber testing section of Guang-Shen Expressway main line asphalt paving rutting disposal project show that oil content can be reduced to 6.5% and its void keep around 5.1%,DS is 4 515 times/mm,construction performance is also improved,and its compaction and seep index are both accord with criterion.Besides this,cost is cut down to some degree as the reduction of oil content.And some special construction techniques are expatiated in detail.
