【摘要】 目的:探讨不同核硬度白内障行手法小切口白内障摘出术的手术技巧与疗效。方法:对162例180眼老年性白内障患者行手法小切口白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。根据晶状体核硬度不同,分成3组,A组Ⅱ级核57眼,B组Ⅲ级核62眼,C组Ⅳ～Ⅴ级核61眼,术中分别采用不同手术技巧。结果:三组病例的术后视力与主要并发症比较,无明显统计学差异,均取得良好的手术疗效。结论:采用不同手术技巧处理软、硬核白内障可提高手术安全性与手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate different technique of manual small incision cataract surgery(MSICS) and its effects with soft and hard nucleus.METHODS:Totally 162 cases with 180 eyes were divided into three groups depending on the nucleus’hardness.Group A:57 eyes with gradeⅡnucleus.Group B:62 eyes with grade Ⅲ nucleus.Group C:61 eyes with grade Ⅳ-Ⅴ nucleus.They underwent MSICS with different technique respectively.RESULTS:The visual acuity after surgery and the complications between these groups had no statistically significant difference.CONCLUSION:The sugery effects and safety in MSICS can be improved if we use different technique to deal with hard and soft nucleus.更多还原
