【Abstract】 Vitreous liquefaction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many eye diseases, but its exact mechanism is unclear. To recognize the relationship of age-related changes in vitreous ultrastructure may be useful in understanding the disease pathogenesis, and subsequently provide some clues for finding a better treatment.
