【摘要】 目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术后泪膜变化情况。方法:随机选择行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术患者136例,分别于术前及术后7,14,30,60,90d行症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)检测。结果:术后3mo内诉术眼不适患者较术前增加。术后2wk内SⅠt增加,1mo内BUT缩短,FL增高,与术前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后一段时期内,小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术会影响泪膜稳定性,应注意术前泪膜功能检测及术中、术后对泪膜的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the changes of tear film after small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery(SICS).METHODS:A total of 136 cases who underwent SICS in our department were chosen randomly.Values including tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt),cornea fluorescein staining(FL),and subjective dry eye symptoms(Sx)preoperatively and 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,2 and 3 months postoperatively.And the changes in these parameters were also evaluated.RESULTS:Compared with preoperative values,there was significant aggravation in subjective complain within 3 months postoperatively.SⅠt increased within 2 weeks and FL increased within 1 month follow-up examination,furthermore,BUT decreased before the 4th reexamination.The differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:SICS may influence quality and stability of the tear film among cataract patients a period of time after surgery,in order to minimize the unexpected effect,test of tear film function should be emphasized.更多还原
