【摘要】 通过测试Au88Ge12、(Au88Ge12)99Ni1、(Au88Ge12)97Ni3、(Au88Ge12)95Ni5合金铸态、均匀化态、热加工态、加工态的硬度,加工态抗拉强度,合金熔化温度范围,X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(TEM)分析,结果表明,在AuGe12合金加入Ni,Ni与Ge形成粗大GeNi化合物,扰乱Ge在金中均匀分布,使Ge颗粒变得粗大。随Ni加入量增加,产生GeNi化合物集聚,AuGeNi合金金相组织粗大,合金的硬度、强度降低,加工性能变差,合金熔化温度范围变宽。

【Abstract】 The melting temperature range,the hardness and the tensile strength of Au88Ge12,(Au88Ge12)99Ni1,(Au88Ge12)97Ni3 and(Au88Ge12)95Ni5 alloys in various stales were detemined.The microstructures of the alloy were analyzed and observed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the NiGe compound forms in the(Au88Ge12)100-xNix alloys,which disturbs the uniform distribution of Ge in gold and makes Ge becoming thick particles.With the increasing content of Ni,the GeNi compound in the alloys concentrates,the grains of AuGeNi alloys become coarse.The hardness and the strength lower,the workability decreases,and the melting temperature rangs of the alloys widen.
