3Cr2W8V压铸模稀土离子氮碳共渗处理研究
Investigation on RE Ion Nitro-carbnrizing Treatment Used for 3Cr2W8V Die Casting Mold
【摘要】 在4%RE、520℃×2h、1.05kPa气压工艺参数下对3Cr2W8V压铸模进行了稀土离子氮碳共渗工艺试验,多项性能检测结果表明:添加适量稀土的离子氮碳共渗层的表面硬度、耐磨性、高温抗氧化性、冷热疲劳性能以及耐腐蚀性能都有显著的提高,3Cr2W8V钢制汽车车灯座铝合金压铸模用该工艺处理后,完全能满足其使用性能要求。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the RE Ion nitro-carbonizing technology for the 3Cr2W8V steel casting mold surface treatment by using 4%RE、520℃×2h,and 1.05kPa atmospheric pressure.Performance test results show that The optimization of these parameters makes the surface hardness,wear resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance,thermal fatigue properties and corrosion resistance of the treated layer significantly improved.A test with the use of this technology has been done for the 3Cr2W8V steel automotive lamp aluminum casting mold.The experimental results show that the treated layer has optimal qualities,which can meet the requirements in practice.
