加工螺旋槽的成形铣刀轮廓数学计算编程及建模仿真
Helical Groove Machining Mathematical Form Cutter Profile and Modeling and Simulation Programming
【摘要】 加工螺旋槽的铣刀用途广泛,通过对其数学分析计算编程以及使用SolidWorks精确建立3D模型,实现实体设计及仿真。建模分析仿真可提高设计的效率,与实际加工过程相符,具有工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 Helical groove machining cutters are widely used,calculated by mathematical analysis of its programming and the use of SolidWorks 3D model to establish accurate design and simulation to achieve their physical.Simulation modeling and analysis can improve design efficiency.It is consistent with the actual process,and has engineering application value.
