螺旋槽螺纹铣刀的磨削砂轮设计

【摘要】 针对螺旋槽螺纹铣刀在磨削加工时内外侧磨削量不同的问题,通过齿形的数学建模和分析计算,提出了其磨削砂轮的修正量计算公式。同时编制了砂轮设计程序,实现了从螺纹铣刀参数到其磨削砂轮参数的自动转换。通过AutoCAD和SolidWorks应用开发,可以自动生成砂轮的二维图形和三维模型。本文提出的方法可以提高螺纹铣刀磨削砂轮的设计效率及精确性。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of different tooth grinding amount in the machining process of thread milling cutter with spiral groove,correction formula of grinding wheel is proposed through mathematical modeling and calculation of tooth profile.Automatic conversion from parameters of thread milling cutter to parameters of grinding wheel is realized through grinding wheel design program.2D drawing and 3D model of grinding wheel can be generated automatically by means of application development of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.The design efficiency and precision of grinding wheel of thread milling cutter can be improved through the proposed approach.
