【Abstract】 This paper constructs the index system to evaluate the benefits brought by coal corporations by taking into account both the economic and social performance.Besides,the paper puts forward that during the period of reorganization,it is applicable to plan the output based on corporations’ comprehensive performance derived above.Finally,an exemplary research is deliberated with the result of output assignment scheme and management strategies.更多还原
