土庄绣线菊化学成分的分析及综合评价

【摘要】 采用GB/T8312、GB/T8313、GB/T8314、GB/T5009.12、GB/T5009.13、GB/T5009.18等方法对11个不同生长期的土庄绣线菊不同利用部位的11种化学成分进行了检测。从11项检测指标中提取3个主成分指标构建数学评价模型,并基于综合评价得分(Z)将12个样品(包括砖茶)聚为5类,第1类Z>30,为茶品质好的,第2类28<Z≤30,为茶品质较好的,第3类27<Z≤28,为茶品质一般的,第4类26<Z≤27,为茶品质较差的,第5类Z≤26,为茶品质差的。将数学评价模型结合不同利用部位和不同生长期综合分析后发现,除开花期和结实期的叶外,花、枝和叶的综合得分均较高,就茶叶的综合营养品质来说,处在这两个物候期的土庄绣线菊最适合采摘做为茶源。

【Abstract】 Chemical compositions such as caffeine,tea polyphenol,amino acids,lead,copper,fluoride,etc.from 11 samples of Spiraea pubescens in different parts and different growth period were examined by using GB/T8312、GB/T8313、GB/T8314、GB/T5009.12、GB/T5009.13、GB/T5009.18.Three principal components were generalized from 11 indices which influence quality stability of tea chemical composition to construct the mathematical evaluation model,and 12 samples(include brick tea) were classified based on the score of comprehensive evaluation.They can be divided into five levels.The first level,Z>30,means tea is of good quality.The second,28<Z≤30,means superior.The third,27<Z≤28,means common.The fourth,26<Z≤27,means inferior.The last kind,Z≤26,is poor quality.It was concluded that scores of comprehensive evaluation for flowers,branches and leaves(except leaves in blossom and fruit period) are higher by synthetically analyzing combination of mathematical evaluation model with 11 samples of Spiraea pubescens.According to nutritional components of tea,blossom and fruit period is the most suitable for collecting Spiraea pubescens as a resource of tea.
