陕西省近10年来水资源足迹动态变化研究

【摘要】 水足迹是指在一定的物质生活水平下,维持一定人群消费所需要的总的水资源数量[3]。文中以陕西省为例,运用产品虚拟水研究方法测算并分析了陕西省1998-2007年的水足迹及其动态变化,结果表明:自1998年来陕西省水足迹总量稳定在239-267亿m3,人均水足迹保持在660-730m3,两者总体呈上升趋势,10年间陕西省水资源集约利用度提升迅速,水资源压力指数由于受到降雨量等因素的影响,波动较大,总体有所升高。将陕西省水足迹与同期全国其他城市以及国外一些国家进行了对比,并提出了降低水足迹以缓解陕西地区水资源压力的几条途径。

【Abstract】 The concept of water footprint has been developed in order to have an indicator of water use in relation to consumption of people.In this paper,Shannxi Province was taken as a case to calculate and analyze the dynamic change of water footprint from 1998 to 2007.The results showed that total water footprint remained at 239×108 to 267×108m3/a,it also showed that the average water footprint of people ranged 660m3 to 730m3.Both of total water footprint and the average water footprint indicated increasing trend stably.In the past 10 years,the degree of water-intensive use graded up dramatically.Water resources pressure index fluctuated notably,because it effected by many factors.At last we compared the water footprint of Shannxi province with other city in China and other country in the world.Several ways for reducing the water footprint have proposed in order to alleviate the water resource pressure.
