【摘要】 探索榆林地区可持续发展建设方式,为资源密集型地区持续发展建设提供帮助。文中基于系统工程思想,运用综合分析与逻辑归纳相结合的方法,从地区发展问题与可持续发展目标相互耦合入手,系统地分析了榆林地区可持续发展模式建立的核心问题和基本发展链条的设置。认为榆林地区可持续发展建设需要以经济发展向社会、生态领域扩散为指导思想,把握产业构建和水资源合理利用两个核心,构建相互连通的产业链、社会链、生态链。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through probing to the methods of sustainable development of Yulin area,we are to provide assistance for the development of resource-intensive areas.Based on systematic study,we compared and analyzed the characteristics of the existing problems,and studied the coupling relationship between the issues of regional exploitation and its sustainable development objectives,gave a systematic analysis of the core issue of the sustainable development model establishment of Yulin and the setting of its basic development chains.It was pointed out that for the sake of sustainable development,Yulin needs to take expanding its economic development to social and ecological areas as its guiding ideology,grasp its core issues,namely the rational utilization of water resources,and industry construction,and build interactive industrial chain,social chain and ecological chain.更多还原
