【摘要】 产业结构合理化是经济发展的本质特征,也是促进经济持续、稳定、协调发展的关键。文中以甘肃省为例,在国内外区域产业结构研究的基础上,以1993、2000、2004和2007年各县区产业结构数据为基础,分析了近20年来甘肃省各县产业结构变化的趋势和特征,同时选取1952-2007年产业结构数据,利用三角形图表法进行研究,从时空两个角度分析了50多年来甘肃省产业结构的变迁和发展趋势。研究表明:1)各县区产业结构经历了第一产业比重逐步下降,二三产业比重逐步上升的产业结构渐趋合理的发展演变趋势;2)1952-2007年,甘肃省产业结构的演变经历了明显的五个阶段:1952-1956年建国初期产业结构初步优化阶段,第一产业比重逐步下降,第二产业比重较快上升;1957-1960年产业结构畸形变化阶段,第二产业急速上升;1961-1978年,第二产业比重迅速下降和工农业产品匮乏阶段;1978-1995年改革开放以后产业结构快速优化阶段;1996-2007年产业结构进一步优化阶段,各产业内部结构也逐渐趋于合理。3)曲线的路径沿着三角形的右下角→顶端→左下角逐步位移,表明甘肃省产业结构逐步走向优化;4)三角形内部若干的点位集中在三角形的顶端位置,突出了这些区域第二产业在国民经济中占绝对的比重,这正反映了这些县区(如玉门、白银、嘉峪关、金川等)资源开发型城市的显著特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rationalization of industrial structure is an essential characteristic of economic development and a key to promote sustained,stable,and balanced economic development as well. Based on the study on regional industrial structure at home and abroad,and the industrial structure data of all the regions in Gansu Province in 1993, 2000,2004 and 2007,the characteristics and tendencies of changes in industrial structure of all the counties in Gansu Province were analyzed. In addition,the industrial structure data from 1952 to 2007 were examined with trangle diagram method from a spatial-temporal perspective. The reasearch has the following findings: The industrial structure in each county and region has a rational evolution trend with decreasing proportion of primary industry and increasing proportion of secondary industry and tertiary industry. From 1952 to 2007,the development of industrial structure in Gansu has experienced five stages. The preliminary stage was from 1952 to 1956, during the period proportion of primary industry was gradually decreasing and the proportion of secondary industry was relatively growing faster. The second stage was from 1957 to 1960,when the secondary industry was soaring abnormally. From 1961 to 1978,the proportion of secondary industry was sharply decreasing and there was a severe short supply of industrial and agricultural products. The fourth stage was a fast optimization stage from 1978 to 1995 when the Chinese government adopted the policy of reform and opening-up. The fifth stage was from 1996 to 2007,with further optimization of internal structure of the three industries. The curve path developed from the lower right corner of the trangle to the top and then to the lower left corner,which indicated that the industrial structure in Gansu Province was gradually optimizing. The spatial distribution of the points centered on the top of the trangle,which indicated the great importance of secondary industry in these regions and the unique characteristics of resource development cities like Yumen,Baiyin,Jiayuguan,and Jingchang.更多还原
