【摘要】 通过对网球选修课的大学生进行分组教学,把运动表象训练法的理论及方法应用在网球的教学中,旨在提高网球教学效果,同时还运用数理统计的方式对实验组与对照组的考核结果进行统计分析。实验表明,结合表象训练进行教学,对学习和掌握动作技术具有明显的促进作用,它可以加速学生形成正确的运动技能;有助于建立和巩固正确动作的动力定型,加深动作记忆;有利于提高学习效率;有利于发挥学生的主体作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes tennis teaching effect using the theory of sports appearance training on the basis of experiment of separating students into two groups.The experiment shows that tennis teaching using sports appearance training enhances training effect obviously,and the students acquire sports skills faster.It will help us establish and consolidate the correct actions,improve learning efficiency and give full play to student’s independent role.更多还原
