【Abstract】 The result of crisis management is directly affected by the quality of leading cadres,whose core qualities of crisis management consist of their administration competence,their awareness and mentality in crisis management,their knowledge,experience and skill,etc.Various reasons of history and the reality answer for the current poor crisis management of China’s leading cadres including weak concepts,poor crisis awareness,shortage of knowledge and experience,poor mantel quality,insufficient self-reflection and summary,etc.Therefore,we must adopt powerful measures to improve the core qualities of crisis management at two levels including both the organization and the leading cadres level.更多还原
