【摘要】 文章简要分析了我国农产品物流的现状,指出我国农产品物流行业存在作业粗放、装备简陋、必要环节缺失、损耗大等诸多问题,进而介绍了冷链及冷链物流概念,并根据发达国家冷链物流进展状况,提出我国农产品物流行业应实行商流和物流分离、加强预冷预储环节、提高冷链装备技术水平、完善冷链无缝衔接的规划、培育冷链软环境等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly analyzes the current status of China’s agricultural products,points out that in circulation fields there exists many problems such as coarse operation,lack of essential process,crude and simple equipment and tremendous wastage.And then puts out the concept of the cold-chain logistics,and further on the basis of the advance situation of cold-chain in developed countries,puts forward the countermeasures such as separating the flow of merchandising and logistics apart,reinforce pre-cold and pre-storage step,increase equipment’s technical level,plan an seamless joint,train a better soft environment,etc.更多还原
