【摘要】 源于改革开放初期实施的农村土地家庭联产承包责任制,历经30多年的发展,在提高农业生产效率、促进农村发展方面发挥了积极作用。但随着改革的进一步深入,现行的农村土地制度也表现出一定的消极作用,阻碍了农村改革的进一步深化。文章针对农村土地产权流转制度存在的缺陷,提出了实施农村土地证券化的思路,并建议:继续推动和深化农村土地产权制度改革;建立健全农村土地使用权流转市场;建立健全农村土地证券化信用担保、信用评估体系;建立和健全相关法规,为土地证券化提供有力的法律保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural household land contract responsibility system played an active role in increasing agricultural productivity and promoting rural development.But with the further deepening of the reform,the existing rural land system also showed some negative effects,hindering the further deepening of rural reform.The article analyzed the shortcomings of circulation system for rural land property rights,proposed ideas and suggestions of rural land securitization:land securitization,rural land property rights reform,rural land use right transfer,rural land credit system and relevant laws and regulation.更多还原
