【摘要】 "三网融合"发展背景下,电信产业呈现出新的产业链形态和市场结构特征,并影响了电信运营商的市场竞争策略。本文认为在电信纵向产业链分解与重组的基础上,"三网融合"深化和扩展了电信横向产业链,电信商业模式创新形成了基于双边市场的电信侧向产业链,纵向、横向和侧向三个维度的产业链相互交织形成了网状化产业链形态。这种变化一方面通过产业融合增强了电信产业的可竞争性,另一方面通过网络外部性机制增强了电信产业的可垄断性,两种相反相成的竞争效应共同形成了"三网融合"特有的竞争性垄断市场结构。网状化产业链形态和竞争性垄断市场结构促使电信运营商实行复合产业链竞争策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of triple play,telecommunication industry shapes itself with new industrial chain features and market structure,which exert influences on competition strategies of telecom operators.This article holds that the vertical chain of telecommunication industry is undergoing decomposition and reintegrating,horizontal chain is deepening and expanding by triple play development,and side chain is forming with business model innovation of two-sided market.This three-dimensioned industrial chain structure combines into a network structure of industrial chain,in which industrial convergence strengthens contestable feature of telecommunication industry while network externality strengthens monopolistic feature.These opposite and complementary effects of competition and monopoly form a competitive monody structure of telecommunication industry.Accordingly,these network structure of industrial chain and competitive monopoly market structure demand telecom operators implement a comprehensive competitive strategy based on compound industrial chains.更多还原
